How to get the deal

This 3 months’ free membership offer is for One Big Switch customers exclusively on new Ruckus signups and is only available for a limited time. Signing up and using the One Big Switch referral code: ONEBIGSWITCH3 will unlock at $15 membership credit.

Redeeming your $15 membership credit is easy, just follow these simple steps:

 
 

1. Download

Download the Ruckus app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Join

Join Ruckus using the app and select monthly membership. (You can also select yearly membership and your $15 credit will be applied against the $50 fee, leaving only $35 to pay)

3. Enter

Enter the One Big Switch member referral code ONEBIGSWITCH3 in the app when prompted and a $15 membership credit will be added to your account

4. Save on fuel

Fuel up at a Ruckus location using the app. You'll pay the Ruckus member price in the app, not the retail price on the pump.

FAQs

  • Ruckus uses its buying power to purchase fuel at a discount and passes on BIG savings on to its members.

  • We wouldn’t drink it, but your car, truck, bus, or motorbike will love it. It comes out of the same fuel tanks and pumps that the people paying retail are using. The only difference for you is lower than pump prices.

    Our participating locations sell fuel supplied by BP, Shell, Mobil, Chevron, Ampol and Endeavour.

  • No, we teamed up with existing service stations. They let our app talk to their pumps, so our members access the Ruckus member price and auto-pay facility. You can find a list of our locations here.

  • The Ruckus app lists the types of fuel you can buy at each participating location and the corresponding Ruckus Price (yep, the member-only price!). At most locations, you can buy Unleaded 91 and/or E10, Premium 98 and Diesel.

  • Nothing should come between a Ruckus member and convenience. When using the Ruckus app, members can fuel up at most Ruckus locations 24 hours a day, even if the shop is closed. When a site is shown as “online” in the app, you can fill, fill, fill, fill.

  • Membership costs only $5 per month or $50 per year. As a One Big Switch member, your redemption code will give you 3-month’s free membership. But that’s not all – you’ll get another free month membership on us! That’s a total of 4 months free membership. After that, membership fees are charged to your nominated payment card at the beginning of the next billing period.

  • We’re not sure why you’d want to stop saving money on fuel, but yes. Cancel anytime before your next billing period. You’ll still have access to Ruckus member prices for fuel via the Ruckus app until the renewal date.

Terms and conditions

This offer is for One Big Switch members who activate a Ruckus membership plan using the One Big Switch redemption code. Ruckus new account customers only.

Redemption is in the form of a $5 waiver per full month for 1 month Ruckus free membership offer and 3 months’ free membership using One Big Switch redemption code. The offer is for membership only and cannot be credited against the cost of fuel. Reverts to $5 per month membership after 4 months if not canceled prior.

** In calculating savings, we look at the average price in the area at the time of each Ruckus transaction and compare that against the Ruckus price. We then average the result. We exclude promotional prices and events and exclude transactions of less than 10L.
