 How Ruckus works


Ruckus members do everything through the Ruckus app. Your team doesn’t have to lift a finger. It’s simple:

  1. A member pulls up on the forecourt, opens the app, and selects their pump location, fuel type and fill amount.

  2. This instantly authorises the pump remotely – which your staff can see on their terminal. 

  3. Member fills up as normal, and payment is completed when they hang up the hose.

  4. The transaction will clear from the screen when complete (so your team will know it's not a drive off), and the customer will drive away.

  5. You’ll receive a transaction list at the end of each day for reconciliation. Simply add the volumes for each grade into your sales to balance your inventory.

  6. We send you payment for that volume at our agreed wholesale price for the day.
